Shopping Cart Actions – Misfire

A small number of customers have reported an issue involving the misfire of “success” actions from their customers’ shopping cart purchase. This bug resulted (depending on how configured), customers being added to extraneous follow-up sequences. Clearly, a very uncool experience for the automation aspect. We collected enough data to identify the issue and our engineers are confident they will have this successfully patched by 8/19 evening.
