Some customers have contacted us to report their application session (meaning the period where they are logged in) times out before 60 minutes. Normally, an application is defaulted to log sessions out hourly for security reasons.
Our development team is currently investigating the cause and will keep you posted here on any changes.
As a workaround, it is suggested to click Save while editing a Web Form, Template or Order Form so the data is posted reliably on the server.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to resolve this so you can be more productive.
